Hello! I will be now promoting this wiki by creating a youtube channel and spreading it. Also on other social medias! My mission is to spread messages around the world. 'Understanding Myself' is basically about finding who you are. It's not an 'emo' thing! I would like people to spread their tips and messages on this site. As well as discussing your issues or problems would be useful. There are rules in this wiki.

The mission is to help with mental and physical health.
